President, Plante's Lobster Escape Vents, Inc.

Born in Scarborough Maine, Eric has been on the water "since he could stand". He owned his first boat when he was twelve and has worked in some capacity with the fishing industry for all of his life. He was employed by a retail fisherman supply store for fifteen years prior to managing and eventually purchasing Plante's Lobster Escape Vents, Inc. in 1999.

Plantes currently offers over 100 products to the lobstering and fishing industries and has new designs under development.
