For the second year the Maine Lobster Boat Racing Association's races have been run in Rockland, U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Thunder Bay, under the command of Lt. Thomas Crane, acted as patrol commander. Crane and his crew headed out to anchor at the south end of the race course beyond the Rockland Breakwater, well ahead of the outgoing tide and incoming lobsterboats. The rest of the story visit
